  • Date and amount of donation
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Our team will verify the details and respond within 7–10 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made intentionally to support our causes or beneficiaries are considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted if the funds have already been allocated or utilized for the intended charitable purpose.
